Refund / Cancellation Policy

Appointments and test bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled time via the link provided in your confirmation email or SMS.

If payment was made in advance and a booking is cancelled before sample collection or consultation, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Once a sample has been collected or a consultation has begun, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
